the parties or types of parties to whom personal data can be provided or that can learn of them as representative within the area of the State, person responsible or taking part;

The person concerned has the right to request:

the updating or correction, and if interested, the integration of personal data;
the deletion, conversion to anonymous form, or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those which are not necessary to preserve in order to carry out the task for which the data was gathered or subsequently processed;
the demonstration that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) were carried out to the knowledge, including as far as their contents are concerned, of those to whom the data were communicated or released, except in the case that the fulfilment of this task is impossible or would require an expenditure of means manifestly disproportionate in respect to the tutelary right

The person concerned has the right to refuse, completely or in part:

for legitimate reasons, the treatment of personal data concerning him/her, even if still pertinent for the task for which they were collected;
the use of personal data concerning him to send publicity materials or direct sales or for market research or commercial communications.

According to the above regulation, this treatment will be carried out according to the principles of appropriateness, lawfulness, and transparent, and will safeguard your confidentiality and rights.
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Law Decree 196/2003, we wish to inform you about:

Data you provide will be used for the following ends:

1.a management of contracts, orders, deliveries, tests of solvency;
1.b conflict management (unfulfilment of contracts; warnings; credit recovery; arbitration; legal controversies);
1.c fulfilment of fiscal and bookkeeping requirements

Treatment procedures.

Data will be processes principally with electronic and informational tools and preserved electronically, on paper, or on whatever medium proves most appropriate, following the minimum security measures according to Technical Discipline and according to minimum security measures found in enclosure B of Law Decree 196/2003.

The furnishing of personal data concerning treatment is mandatory to the extent that they can be used to complete the goals indicated above in point 1.a, 1.b, and 1.c.

Consequences of refusing to provide data.

The potential refusal to provide information to carry out the goals indicated in point 1.a, 1.b, and 1.c will prevent us from being able to carry out our requirements under the law.

Persons who have access to data and limits on communication of data.

Within our society your data can be seen only by employees and collaborators (including external) involved in their treatment, belonging to structures which carry out technical and support roles (in particular: legal and information services, shipping).
